For our single ties, we produce galvanized and annealed bale wire in the form of Duro Ties that are reliably strong, and that come in a suitable range of gauges, lengths and bundle sizes. Gauges range from fourteen to 11.5, bundle sizes come in quantities of 100, 125, and 250, and lengths can be cut anywhere from seven to twenty-two feet. Finally, to lower your shipping cost, the single-loops are packaged in plastic, tagged, formed in circles, and are therefore easily shipped to you on pallets or in gaylord containers. For cuts between two and thirty feet long, we carry twelve gauge that's useful in baler and ceiling applications. In addition to the single or double bale tie, you'll find this straight wire and also quarter inch training rods that are cut to four or five feet. We also have coils of bale wire, black annealed for use with Singe Ram Balers. These are available in 12 or 10 gauge diameters and are wound on carriers for effective use. Between sixteen hundred pounds and up to a ton in weight, these coils are produced according to standards of reliability and consistency.
